10 day meme: day 1

Day One: Ten things you want to say to ten different people right now.
Day Two: Nine things about yourself.
Day Three: Eight ways to win your heart.
Day Four: Seven things that cross your mind a lot.
Day Five: Six things you wish you’d never done.
Day Six: Five people who mean a lot (in no order whatsoever).
Day Seven: Four turn offs.
Day Eight: Three turn ons.
Day Nine: Two smileys that describe your life right now.
Day Ten: One confession.

So I stole this meme off of dA but I didn’t want to do it over there because I didn’t want to be in everyone’s faise. And like the one I stole it off of, this one is gonna be anonymous. EuE;;;

Before I begin, this is probably be really boring, emo, with lots of hate for you guys so don’t feel compelled to read. It’ll be under a cut to protect your eyes, k. eve This is all totally for myself.

Dad got himself a new ipod touch.

Even though he had the ipod touch 3rd gen.

It all started when I lost my ipod touch on Saturday evening. I thought it was the end of the world. ಠ______ಠ  I couldn’t bear to go home. The Tuesday after I was having a chat with an old friend. We got into the topic of itouches and I mentioned how I had an unfortunate incident. Here’s how the convo went under the cut.

So I went to prison.

Well, a penitentiary (I can never spell this fucking word.). It’s supposed to be the most famous on on the east coast. Or in the world. Eastern State Penitentiary you know. So wow, I don’t know how to start. Do I start from my day? Or when I was killing myself doing typography up until almost 5 am in morning? Was trying to rush that shit not to just get it done, no, I wasn’t worried about that. What I was worried about was getting caught by my parents when they wake to see their kid pull an all nighter to do work get up super early to do work.

ANYWAY

The penitentiary was scary fun. I had some spooked moments but it was great and fun. There were people in front of who got spooked and kind of ruined it for us. That or our crew kept laughing our heads off so it wasn’t as fun/easy to scare us, lol. Was fun watching them get spooked though.  I’m not sure if this was the most annoying part or freakiest, but there was a hall we passed with way too many flashing lights. It created a really heart thumping effect though (props to the directors). I don’t mind doing it again. I really want to drag my cousins and brother to see how they fare.

It’s a shame we can’t take pictures to remember the fun parts.

It got really weird after the show though. Which we did get pictures of. Got pictures with a character and then sat down and chilled in the middle of the sidewalk. Yeah.

Aaaaaaaaalrighty, time to catch up on sleep. Another long day tomorrow. ewe

TECHONOLOGY IS LABURYYY

Sending texts and taking pictures and uploading in the next minute is awesoooooooooooome ಠヮಠ~~~ It’s very awesome. I’m like super freaking behind but it is. So happy. qwq/ My only worry now is a proper case that fits and a screen protector thing. And I gotta figure if I can blog from the ipod touch. •w• But I’m happy and thankful. And a little spoiled too. /)qwq(\

So much jibberjabber, I should post pics.

I have a ton of wips. =A= I should do something about them.

HERROW WINDOWS LIVE o/

Yeah, windows updated or something. This is pretty cool. Especially because I’m freaking lazy to GO TO blogger, LOG IN, and yeah. that business. ummm, MY ARMS AND HANDS ARE FREEZING. I’m wearing short sleeves and we haven’t turned on the heater yet. Dinner times, brb  to jibberjabber about my day. eve

Edit 7:41pm: MAN THAT HOT BATH FELT REALLY GOOD. I was getting a little headache too.

Time skip like 3-4 hours: ALDFJSDLKGJ DFJ!!!!11111 So I’ve been wanting an ipod touch so I can text instead of a plan just for me to text (because it’s a hassle to try even explain to my parents what texting is and try to change the plan). Everyone around me texts and doesn’t even use phones anymore, I’m completely left in the dust you know?!?! My dad actually has an itouch of his own. I was pretty surprised when he bought it for himself last year. I really wanted to ask my parents one but I was afraid to ask because of expensive they are.

First I was afraid my dad would give me his. I didn’t want it not because I don’t like hand-me-downs but because I felt like it was taking away his toy. My dad plays on that ipod of his! And listens to music!! I already took away his 12 mp camera. TwT;;; I’d feel awful if he gave me his itouch!!

So the other day I muster up the courage to ask: “How much did you get your itouch for?” @∀@;;; I COULDN’T SAY I WANTED ONE OKAY. My mom’s all what. “You want one?” “Maybe…” “Then wait until Thanksgiving.” THIS GAVE ME SO MUCH HOPE. \@W@/

And all of a sudden today my dad turns to me and says, There’s a deal at bestbuy for new generation ipod touch and free gps.

ovo

Yeah.

The iTouch is coming between tomorrow and next week. The GPS is coming between the week after. @v@ I-I feel a bit spoiled… qwq;;; orzzzzzzz but I’m very happy.

ERRRRRRR

I HAVEN'T WRITTEN ANYTHING IN FOREVER.

WHY HAVEN'T I WRITTEN ANYTHING IN FOREVER?

idkmang

I did nothing over the summer. I even procrastinated on stuff for aohc, which I rushed the final for. Probably going to end soon... I'll miss it. I kind of wish I got involved but it was kind of awkward. ewe You go into a chat and everyone's deep into their own conversation. Kind of hard to pull yourself into without being total attention whore. yeah whatever.

Forums are kind of pulling me back in. Kind of? Achievement whored on Gaia. I reeeeeally want to hoard some items. eve Not sure how I wanna get gold though. Shop or auction. eve huhhhhhh and there's solia toooooo... hmmmmmm

WELL here's some arts I did to warm myself up:

ewe I suk, gdddd

happy birthday america!

I think the first thing I did today after being abruptly woken up and told to go to Atlantic City, New Jersey was listen to Poker Face by Lady Gaga.

And probably the most exciting that happened at Atlantic City was Lady Gaga.

There was a show at the convention center, and I didn't see the show, but the line was entertaining enough.

A lot of Lady Gaga wannabe get ups. Lots of soda can rolls in hair... xD the most alarming get up was this guy in a skin colored body suit with CAUTION tape wrapped around him with high heeled white boots. Created quite a scene. xDD I wanted to take pictures but... uh, enough people were already were...so yeah.

And yesterday mom went to a Korean market. Really wanted to go but my brother decided to be a hermit... got me really bad for rest of the day actually. Missed out on a lot of goodies. :c

Aah, it's super hot for some reason! =w=

TOY STORY 3

IT IS AWESOME

LIKE

GO WATCH IF YOU DIDN'T ALREADY

I don't know if a decade was worth the wait to watch but it was pretty amazing. I was touched and I cried. SO AMAZING THAT I CRIED.

[SPOILERRRRRRRRRRR]

And I didn't cry in the scene where they were about to die.

[/SPOILERRRRRRRRRRR]

The movie made me miss my old toys that I gave away. On the same day I saw it, we went to the Disney store, I was amazed they had toys that replicated the actual toys. I don't think we had those back then. They were similar but not exact. At least, my Woody's cowboy hat didn't come off and had no string, my Buzz's helmet didn't flip off and didn't have wings.

[SPOILERRRRRRR]Speaking of Buzz, him and Jessie was cute. Haha.[/SPOILERRRRRRRR]

I definitely think that Toy Story 3 deserves its place in the box office. Last I heard it was making much more than the second place, Karate Kid. I'm actually going to see Karate Kid later today. I feel that I won't feel the excitement I did for Toy Story 3, but we'll see.

Anyway, there is no hype to Toy Story 3, which I thought there would be. I can proudly say that there isn't. (:

Vacation on Maryland was great, too. I don't remember what we did, but I know it was fun. I can never remember what we do. It's always a blur when I spend time with my friends down there! But I do remember that we had a bushel of crabs. IT WAS GOOD. And it was my first time properly eating them. No more of my dad getting crab meat for me, LOL. I can eat like Maryland blue crabs like a pro now. >8U I can't wait to eat some to show my parents. xDD

I think these are the highlights of my summer vacation. I don't think I'll do anything anymore exciting than what has happened in the past week. (I can't believe that that was only in the past week.) I don't think I'll be doing anything as exciting since my friends are going on vacation and then other people have work... Maybe we can do something mid August but I feel it's unlikely... People going back to college and all that. Bah, I need to make use of my LAST VACATION EVER, because after this, I'll be studying in college or working.

Good bye youth! -_-

summer break!

Has officially started!

Well, like a week ago. It's just that I've been busy since that and I've been lacking motivation to draw. How great, isn't it? I have urges to draw during the term but it completely depletes when it's over!

So I'm not abandoning this blog at all, really.

Although I should brighten up the layout, it's bothering me. The colors are starting to turn out really bland. But when I try to customize something, I always want to incorporate a drawing of mine in it and getting to that takes a while for me. XD

So what's been happening in my first week since summer break has started:

Maplestory

Maplestory

Maplestory

Mini Domo kun keychain

Not drawing like I said I was going to, lololol

and Maplestory. ಠ_ಠ;;

Yahh, lots of Maplestory. Met some friendly players and we're kind of tight. I also kind of want to max my characters levels. I'm on Bera, find me if you want: SinnedEesu or Eesu. And I just remembered that I got a wallpaper to finish by the end of the month for a contest. LOL, totally forgot. orz;;;

With my left over felt I made another Domo kun, key chain size! ^^ Stitching is terrible... But it has eyes this time!! ^^ I embroidered it on. I don't know why I didn't think of that before. XDD But the eyes are kind of terrible. I'm glad it has eyes this time. But I didn't put arms, I didn't feel the need since it was small.

So, I totally said I would be drawing. Recently I joined this community on dA and I was all super excited and stuff.

But. I only got sketches. Nothing is coming out right. >:C

I forgot to mention friends up in that list above... HAHA, what a good companion I make. But yeah, been hanging out with cousins a lot. For the first time in forever I got to see my Big Bang familyfriends. :] Spent a night them, it was great. I'm hoping we can see them again Wednesday and spend until the the weekend down there. Hopefully things go well and we can go down there...

Also, looking at blogskins and there's a ton of good ones. q_q;; Makes me want to make one myself but I don't know html so well. orz.

REMEMBER UZUHI

Today was Sakura Sunday, it was really great and pleasant. The ride was really difficult because of the heavy traffic. It was like an hour long. :[ But it was pretty worth it. When I made it to the park I think were were half way into the Tamagawa Taiko Drums (I lost my flyer! :( )

BTW, before I start, I'm pretty tired so everything is boring until I get to the part about Uzuhi, so you can skip this until you see Uzuhi in big bold letters.

The first thing I did was buy a keychain from www.modoni.com, they had a discount of three keychains for 10 bucks. I got one of an angry vein. xD

Then because I missed the first show of drums, I sat around watching Greg Davis & Friends, a group of people who sung Japanese songs. I didn't know them very well but we watched until the drums showed up. It was nice since we got seats and weather was great despite beaming sun. They had Taiko drums, dancing girls and a comedic skit. I recorded most of it but my camera was being lame.

Afterward I think I walked around the vendors and tried to get food. I was looking for Japanese-American food like they said they had on the flier but all I got was shrimp rolls. ($8 bucks, geez.) Apparently there were rice balls too but I missed it and didn't go inside the horticulture center.

I also definitely saw a fair share of cosplayers. I saw a handful of Kuroshitsuji cosplayers, no doubt was an Ichigo, and shinigami I'm not familiar with and a few Naruto ones. Nothing too impressive except for the girl as Ciel Phantomhive in his pink dress. xD There was also Lelouch, I think that was the best and closest. Unfortunately, I couldn't get to see who won the cosplay contest.

There wasn't man Faye either.

BUT.

There was man Jessie from Team Rocket. Supposedly. I thought it was a lady but my friend pointed out to me that it was a man...

More walking around venders, you know I didn't know some of these shops existed in my city, I'm glad I found out about them.

So lots of hanging around, constantly trying to find my family I dragged along, I couldn't find them in the end when I went to go watch Uzuhi. When I got to the stage area the Pretty in Pink show finally ended. A nice white dog (I don't know species) with a pretty pink leash won. xD Other dogs has pink dresses and stuff.

FINALLY UZUHI WERE UP.

They didn't even start playing songs and everyone was already cheering. They were merely doing sound check and they were amusing and funny. Especially Gosha, the lead singer. Said silly things like not knowing how to spell Pennsylvania and such.

When it began, Gosha said, "Do you know who we are? You might not know but we are Uuzhi! Remember Uzuhi!!" They got everyone to stand when they started, I was a little sad because I'm short people got in my way. p-q It was really annoying, this big guy in front of me swayed in every direction I was going while trying to record.

I'm not totally familiar with Uzuhi's songs yet but I think they made one up about Philly? Gosha's english wasn't great and it was a little hard to understand him. XD; But when they started singing Uzuhi (name of one of their songs) Gosha got the crowd really hype when he jumped off stage and started dancing in people's face. :D Surprised everyone and myself.

Gosha really got into the crowd. He formed a circle when they started playing "Sweet Lovely Chocolate Smile." Their theme focus was all about happiness, music without borders.

They played several songs that I don't remember but I bought both of their albums. ♥

Afterward they sold some merchandise, I wanted a medium shirt but they didn't have any so I got their albums, a poster signed by all of them ($15 for CDs, $3 for poster). :D Even though before that I got a picture with Gosha and my friend. XD He's really cool and very expressive.

The best part was when my cousin came to take our picture, then got his picture then got Gosha to sign his 2010 census poster.

Dead serious.

I don't know what my cousin was doing with the poster but Gosha actually started to read it but then he signed the back in big letters. My cousin even told him to sign his name with a heart. AND HE DID IT. XD XD XD god it was great. He even got a hug from Gosha. I got a handshake. hfffft

So after that it was pretty much done. Hung out around the vendor area. Wiped out and tired, really thirsty too. Water ice was all gone! D: So I was just sitting by the fountain with my cousins and brother while others were shopping. And then all of a sudden.

"HEY! HEY!" my cousin shouts in the direction behind me.

And who was it?

Gosha!!

He remembered my cousin too because of his wacky poster. My cousin actually tried to get him to sign his shirt but all we had around was my pen and it wasn't working. xD And so he tried to get his shoe signed instead.

Gosha was all cool with it and he asked if my cousin if he was sure but my cousin was like "WAITTT, do I want it to be signed?" (My cousin actually don't really know Uzuhi or Gosha.) So Gosha didn't get it signed. They actually exchanged names and my cousin dared to ask if he would remember his name. Gosha also asked if my cousin would remember his, too. Aw. XD

It was pretty amazing, they exchanged some words and then Gosha left toward the food court.

That was the end of Sakura Sunday. My nose is sunburned.

My brother also would like to let you guys know he's trying to get a booger out of his nose.

For my own knowledge I bought:

3 keychains $10
shrimp sushi $8
funnel cake $5
Uzuhi cds, poster $18
Omoi bottle $20
boto magnets $3

orz;;;, can't believe I spent $61 dollars not including $5 minimum donation.

some pictures from today:

orz, long post is long. gonna figure how to make cuts later, tired now.

flockin hell

Writing this out on Flock. :U

So what has happened lately: Spring break started and I have done nothing of worth. ;w;
Watch bits and parts of the Vocaloid Live concert, I have to say, I'm flabbergasted. xD xD And because of it there's dancing people in my head when I listen to songs. /)_(\ So I'm trying to get an image dump going on and the only way I can upload images with Flock is if they're urls--already uploaded--so I'm trying to upload stuff to photobucket and nothing won't uploadddddd. D8< I haven't used photobucket in while and realized it hasn't worked in the past two days. D: So I've tried out cache and even flushing the DNS but it's not doing any good. Dx; I hope the source of the problem really isn't my intenet. 8I

"How was your surprise birthday party?"

"...What surprise birthday party?"

That was the conversation last night. XD

edit: damnnnnnn I can't believe I had a draft for so long. anyway that was probably like March. 5th when I wrote that.

Well, that's what happened. Then on that day my friends gave me surprise birthday party. I was surprised but suspicious, surprised nonetheless. XD It was very nice. I got a big card and silly party hats. It made me feel special. ಥwಥ I also got red velvet cupcakes and brownies, they were so gooood. ♥ want moar. *q*

Today is the start of my spring break!! Not until Monday officially but my finals are done now. But what's great is that I don't feel like drawing or anything really. :I How great is it that as soon as my school work is done I don't feel like it?!! D8

It's been very tiring until now and I'm burnt out... I don't feel like doing much now. =w=;; I don't know what I even want to do. I kind of want to watch something to keep my occupied but ther's not much that interests me now...

NEKKID CHOCOLATZZZ

asl;fdkjasd my brother's making food. gotta resist eating.

I went to Naked Chocolate today. Their place is pretty cute but not feminine at all. I had a Bittersweet, Indulgent size, just five bucks. Anyway, that stuff is purely chocolate melted man. I couldn't even finish it. There was even a station with water for people. lolo I'm getting petite size next time. Anyway, the description for Bittersweet was a deep chocolate sensation or something like that. They weren't kidding. Never seen so much whipped cream either. The taste wasn't necessarily bittersweet but it kind of made me think of it. @A@

L-to-R: Petite, Indulgent, (I forget...), a muffin, idremembername.

So update on my life:

So since like week 4-6 (it's week 8 now) I've been busy with midterms and I have visited three museums already since last Thursday. @A@ Independence Seaport Museum, UPenn Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art. It's great and all to be visiting but it's a lot crammed into a week. @-@ And this Friday I'll be finally going on a trip with my instructor of Univ 101 to the Franklin Institute.

I also have two painting projects for Design II (need to work hard to redeem myself!!! QWWWWWQ), 3 paged paper for art history, topic proposal...

Only 2 weeks of school after this... |o|

I don't think I've been working on anything lately either...

But that reminds me that I'll be getting a laser printer!! +w+ But I'll be giving my inkjet for it and losing a scanner. But that's fine, I can badger my brother with his hooge fax/scanner/laser printer. And it's not like I scan much things anyway. =w= (Plus his scanner is bigger than my current inkjet's.) so yay. must print lots of stuff to finish the ink.

my family.

I learned some deep stuff about my family today. It's actually ten times more depressing than I thought. It really doesn't look like that. I guess I know where I get my ability to create facades from. XD

Also realization has sunk in that I'm the second in my generation on my dad's side of the family to graduate high school. Huh.

Well, I drew a picture while deciding whether or not to sleep early tonight but I liked how it was going. I think it's actually very cute. I think I even want to upload it on dA but I want to play with colors a bit more.
I just realized I think I should make a tag for art of OCs... I'll do that another time.

新年快乐!

For an instant I thought it was Saturday and got bummed when I checked and it wasn't. :c

I just returned from visiting relatives for Chinese New Year and emptied pockets and handed off all the envelopes to my mom. xD

Although I like the holiday, I feel it's miserable each year. On eve, last night, almost three families showed up, there's usually like about five and most leave as soon as they're done eating. :/ Particular my older cousins do that. They come and eat and leave as soon as they're done. They were barely stopped by the adults to receive envelopes. It's rather annoying because it's affecting my younger cousins as well and it annoys me to see them have that attitude. It's bad enough you see the older ones doing it but to have the younger ones follow is pretty bad.

Today we only hopped two relatives' homes today. Usually it's more. We visit and the adults talk while me and my brother sit around. But we only went to a temple and my uncles and aunts who lived on the same street. We walked since there's still a lot of snow and parking will be a pain later.

D< I really dislike people who don't shovel their sidewalks! But if its elderly people...it can't be helped but people should have at least helped them. ;-;

There's still a ridiculous amount of snow still, too. Commuting is going to be a pain.

I didn't get to do much to day but my brother did beat P3, the journey and the answer so that was nice.

Monday, December 14, 2009

It's still today!! x_x

Today was a pretty ridiculous day. My aunt and I tried to make some cookies but, uh... you'll see how it went in the thumbnail below. Long strip is long. @w@ You definitely must click it. ._.

In the end, the cookies weren't so bad. They're crunchy now though. Soon, we'll try to attempt fudge...

Edit: I didn't realize that the text was unreadable. I've reuploaded it here: link

5 min draw!!

Breakfast! One of my rare meals. This morning I had yogurt. Lemon flavor. I was determined to eat it today since I saw it yesterday.

Alas I had some trouble.

Gotta run out of the class now! @_@;;
